Software & hardware solutions

We build
things that ship.

Tzigane delivers end-to-end engineering — from embedded firmware and custom PCB design to distributed cloud software. One partner, full stack.

What we do

Full-spectrum engineering

From silicon to SaaS — our teams cover every layer of the modern product stack without hand-offs to third parties.

Why tzigane

One team across the full stack

Most agencies stop at software. Most hardware shops don't speak cloud. We exist because the boundary between them is where complexity hides.

  • No hand-off risk

The engineer who designs your PCB works alongside the one writing your device driver. Lost-in-translation bugs don't reach production.

  • Constraint-aware software

Our backend developers understand power budgets, memory floors and connectivity constraints — not as footnotes, but as design inputs.

  • Honest scoping

We quote what the work actually costs. If a requirement is unrealistic for the timeline, we say so in week one, not week twelve.

How we work

From brief to production

  1. Phase 01

    Discovery

We map requirements across both hardware and software dimensions, surface hidden constraints, and establish a realistic build plan.

  2. Phase 02

    Architecture

System design, component selection, API contracts and data models agreed before any fabrication order or sprint plan is created.

  3. Phase 03

    Build

Parallel hardware and software development with weekly integration checkpoints. You see real progress, not just status reports.

  4. Phase 04

    Launch & support

Production handover, documentation and optional retainer support. We stay reachable after the invoice is paid.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Do you work on hardware and software, or only one?

Both, on the same team. Our engineers design PCBs, write the firmware that runs on them, and build the cloud services those devices talk to. That removes the hand-off risk you get when hardware and software are split across two vendors.

What microcontroller architectures do you support?

We work regularly with ARM Cortex-M and Cortex-A, RISC-V, ESP32 and several legacy 8-bit families. If your product is locked to a specific part, we work with that part.

How does a project usually start?

With a discovery phase. We map requirements across hardware and software, surface constraints that are easy to miss, and produce a scoped build plan before anyone writes code or orders a fabrication run.

Can you take over an existing project?

Yes. We do architecture reviews and rescue work on projects that have stalled. We start by auditing what exists, then give an honest read on whether to continue or restructure.

Do you offer support after launch?

Optional retainer support covers firmware updates, infrastructure maintenance and on-call response. Documentation and production handover are included in every project by default.
